Welcome to 3D-Spatial! These Terms of Service («Terms») govern your access to and use of our spatial video streaming platform, including our Meta Quest application, XR glasses applications, 3DTV applications, newsletter updates, our website (www.3d-spatial.com), and any related software or services (collectively, the «Service»). The Service is published and operated by 3D-Spatial LLC, a California Limited Liability Company.
By downloading or using our applications, visiting our website, subscribing to our newsletter, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
3D-Spatial delivers 3D movies, 3D television shows, and spatial video content directly to supported devices, such as Meta Quest headsets, XR glasses, 3DTVs, and other platforms via the Internet.
Availability: Content availability may vary based on your geographic location, device capabilities, or licensing agreements. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with local laws.
3D-Spatial does not require or host direct user account creation on our website or within our applications.
Platform Accounts: User authentication, app downloads, subscriptions, rentals, and in-app purchases are handled entirely through the app store platform you use (such as the Meta Quest Store).
Store Terms: Your billing relationship, payment processing, and account management are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable platform provider (e.g., Meta). 3D-Spatial LLC does not collect, process, or store your payment card details.
All spatial content available on the Service is licensed, not sold. Terms such as «buy,» «purchase,» «rent,» or «sell» refer solely to the acquisition of a limited license to stream and view the content on supported devices. You do not acquire ownership of any digital file, video media, or underlying intellectual property.
Viewing Window: When you rent a title, you are granted a limited license to stream the video. Once you press play to begin streaming a rented title («start of play»), you will have forty-eight (48) consecutive hours to complete viewing the title.
Expiration: You may view the rented title as many times as you wish within this 48-hour window. Once the 48 hours have elapsed, your access to the rented title will automatically expire.
License Duration: When you purchase a title, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for unrestricted, on-demand streaming access to that title.
Availability Conditions: This access remains valid for as long as 3D-Spatial LLC holds the distribution rights/license from the content owner, or for the operational duration of the 3D-Spatial Service.
License Limitations: 3D-Spatial LLC reserves the right to modify or remove purchased content from the Service if our distribution rights are terminated, modified, or revoked by studio licensing partners, or if the Service is discontinued. You acknowledge that content may become unavailable in such circumstances without liability to 3D-Spatial LLC.
If you choose to sign up for the 3D-Spatial newsletter or request email updates through our website or applications:
Agreement: By entering your email address and submitting the newsletter sign-up form, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Communications: You consent to receive updates, announcements, and promotional emails from 3D-Spatial LLC.
Opting Out: You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the «Unsubscribe» link located at the bottom of any marketing email.
Data Privacy: We do not sell your personal data. Your email address is stored securely and used solely to deliver the updates you requested.
Our Rights: All spatial video streams, audio, software, graphics, branding, and interfaces on the Service are owned by or licensed to 3D-Spatial LLC.
Permitted Use: Content is provided strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on supported hardware.
Prohibited Actions: You may not capture, record, copy, redistribute, publicly perform, or upload any 3D-Spatial content to file-sharing networks, torrent sites, or physical media. Circumventing digital rights management (DRM) or reverse-engineering our software is strictly prohibited.
The Service operates on third-party hardware (e.g., Meta Quest headsets, XR glasses, Smart TVs) and may link to third-party services. 3D-Spatial LLC is not responsible for the performance, terms, or privacy practices of these third-party hardware manufacturers or platform stores.
The Service is provided on an «as is» and «as available» basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3D-Spatial LLC disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any app store platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our apps, hardware compatibility, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted at www.3d-spatial.com/termsofservice with a revised «Last Updated» date. Continuing to use our apps or remaining subscribed to our newsletter after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
