Tuition is free at this beachside summer school, but the requirements are strict: the girls must wear revealing bikinis, and the guys must know how to race custom shag vans.
When innocent new girl Anita arrives in a sunny California beach community, she immediately catches the eye of Steve, the most popular van-driving stud in school. But their sun-kissed romance quickly hits a roadblock. Steve’s pathologically jealous girlfriend, Donna, frames him for drug possession and pins the blame on Anita. Suddenly caught in the middle of a brutal high school hierarchy, Anita and her new friends must navigate a wild web of hot-headed jocks, boogie boarders, and rival four-wheel gangs.
